        Will you really come to my house, office, or wherever to do my closing?

        What does "mobile settlements, no additional fees" really mean?

        OK, so you actually add a fee to our closing costs, you just call it something else, right?

        What fees do you charge? 

 

 

 

       

        1.  Will you really come to my house, office, or wherever to do my closing?

             Yes!  We've conducted real etstate settlements in the usual places - real estate offices,

             mortgage company offices, our offices - but OUR usual place is where YOU need us.  We've

             held real estate settlements in our customer's home or place of business, as well as

             restaurants, hospital rooms, the public library, a gas station, a convenience store parking lot,

             even in an RV!

            All real estate closings are conducted where it is convenient to you, wherever that may be! 

 

       

        2.  What does "mobile settlements, no additional fees" really mean?   

             It means just that - we do not charge a fee for coming to your location within the five

             county Philadelphia area - Bucks, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia

             counties.  If you need us to travel further, we do charge a small fee.

 

 

       3.  OK, so you actually add a fee to our closing costs, you just call it something else, right?

              No!  There are no hidden fees.  We've seen the ads from other title companies that

            advertise mobile settlements, then charge a fee of one to several hundred dollars for

            the convenience.  We've also seen the ads that say there is no fee for the real estate closing,

            but there is a "mileage" or "travel" fee.  We have been conducting real estate closings at

           locations that our customers choose for more than ten years - and we never charge a fee of

           any kind in our area.  We do a charge a small fee outside the 5-county Philadelphia area, and

          we will inform you of that fee if you request this service.

 

 

       4.  What fees do you charge?

            We charge notary fees, overnight/wire fees, the applicable title insurance fees

            (the cost of your title insurance policy, plus endorsements and closing protection letter),

            as well as recording fees.  We do not charge for document preparation, "email documentation

            fee", or travel or settlement fees (in our area).
